Initially that's what I thought that they were building them on some sort of trailers but then I saw that video of them off lifting them . They are essentially 20 and 40 revamped 18 wheeler boxes as is my understanding so they're being transported on flat trailers and being set on and off with a crane according to what I saw in the video on youtube.

Yes they have been on wheels awhile steel wheels, just go look at a lab picture.
