Again thank you Alan, I know over the years from time to time I had thought about buying more shares but would not. I am also glad I have talked with several about unloading at least enough shares to lighten their positions.
In a case such as this any law firm will file the easy motions to dismiss. Just in case one of them sticks.
HDVY will have to respond to the motion to dismiss which costs HDVY time and money as well as indicates to the Intel defense part of the legal strategy HDVY's lawyers are pursuing.
If one does stick, the case against Intel is greatly strengthened and HDVY would have to refile the law suit assuming the case is not dismissed with prejudice.
