The stock buyback announcement got it churning, but the whale(s) only showed up this week. The NDAs factor in this too. The whale(s) may well have something to do with that. The CEO is actively shopping TSNP for a merger. Some time ago, he said he had turned down offers not good for shareholders, so all is good. I think we'll see more stock buybacks unless or until he closes an M/A deal. His releases call it a "business combination," but it's pretty obvious he means merger or acquisition.

Yes I saw this. Anytime management tries to reduce shares--it's good for investors.
