Iwish: There is too much energy wasted on Marine patents, R-I patents prevent Marine indication...I covered this prior to Du F'ing everything up.

Unless Hikma defeats every single patent listed in the OB the launch at risk. "Defeating" 6 patents in Du court means jack-sh!t as far as I'm concerned.

R-I patents are out until 2033 in US and in Europe 2035-2040.
