Keep in mind drog68 that this news did not reach everyone (it eventually will). Once they complete filings, all major platforms will begin posting links to all PR's, News, etc...., and volume will begin to reflect it.
The reason mm's and/or different groups are able to control the pps is because we're dealing with low volume. When we starting pushing 300M+, 400M+, etc... in volume, their control over pps goes out the window.
Until then, these PR's are only reaching a percentage of investors, resulting in lower volume & pps games.
