Happy New Years to you and yours!

Hope this year turns out better for some of us than last year.

I want to ask you your view of why everyone seems so focused on nailing Petar to the cross, give Steve a free pass, when in reality (my opinion) he seems to be the most responsible party for the events that have happened with SLJB and resulting monetary damages to shareholders wallets and purses.

Wasn't it Steve that was involved in posting the proforma unaudited numbers?

Wasn't it Steve who claimed that once the audited numbers were released along with company operations that alone would ensure going to the nasdaq?

Wasn't it Steve, as CEO and names sake to the company who was involved in putting Petar in charge (with glowing reveiws)?

In fact, it would appear now that it is Steve who seems to be the one, UNAVAILABLE WITH LIPS SEALED, which in my opinion is always the sign of the guilty.

Would you be so kind to give your opinion?

Thanks.

Very good post rruff

Maybe it is an option we can take if the hearing proves the worst for us.

Until then, I am in a holding pattern.

God Bless

"Again, my opinion is that if Petar and his associates do the right thing..."

Uhh....and the chances of that happening are? Get real. You got burned. Learn from it. Move on.
