Hi Guys,

If you guys don't mind I feel it is important to post again the link from smallcap.cs dated April 6, 2019. This is a comprehensive review of the NGW business plan from a research report point of view. It is very worth while time to read carefully for all of us investors in my opinion.

Yes has been considerable business changes since this report was published but the basic business goals remain the same.

The report does review the expansion plans for increasing flower grow capabilities with in the Coalinga location.

Stated within this document is the fact that NGW has the plans in place to quickly expand Facility D and build a 250,000 square foot greenhouse. Expected to produce between 80,000 and 100,000 pounds of premium cannabis per year.

The report projected Facility B to produce between 12,000 to 14,000 pound of premium cannabis per year.

Facility C the extraction facility to produce 1500 to 3000 liters of cannabis oil per year.

Seedlings using the Botticelli system for cloning producing additional revenue.

This report to me outlines the basic business plan for NGW. Much has changed SD Cannabis is separate and not an overhead drag. And delays in startup of fine tuning the growth and extraction facility has cost the company possibly one year development time.

But these issues start up issues are now less important since NGW is producing a profit and is growing sales and gross margin.

For me the natural next step is to build the next facility on site. Yes it will take 12-15 months in build out and start up.

But company is on its way.

Buying more as funds become available.
