JJ - 2-73 works. Let the first customer claim approval for 2-73 in cns disease and victory for their people. The latter can follow the leader and explain to their people why they waited. imo.

The main purpose of a P2 trial is safety, which has been documented by the P2a AD, PDD P2 and soon P2 Rett controlled trials.

Together with the secondary outcome measure in the P2 PDD trial:

MDS-UPDRS Part III Total Score (Motor Scores) [ Time Frame: 14 weeks ] 
 Change from baseline to End of Treatment as measured by MDS-UPDRS Part III Total Score (Motor Scores)

Presumably Anavex can go straight to a P3 PD trial?
