just got off the phone with NVSOS securities division they didn't have a definitive answer and needed to do research of there own but they will be getting back to me on what we can/cant do as shareholders.
if we can proceed and once I understand how to proceed I will be looking to form a group who has the required shares held of record to audit the companies books.
particularly the articles of incorporation, shareholders of record and financials
