Yep. Agree. 100 million shares hitting the market with a value of $200 million (based on today’s $2 share price) is $200 million. We know this is a $5 billion company on good results. Share price will be higher and warrants should not have more then 10% influence. Everyone has known about the warrants for a long time.
Absolutely agree. It makes no sense to assume that any warrants that are in the money will not be exercised. So your share of the pie will sooner or later be diluted by all those warrants that will be exercised if in the money. As far as we longs are concerned, we all believe that our 17 or 20 cent warrants will surely be exercised for our eventual multi dollar shares.
