Henry plans to release financials and do a block buyback. This he confirmed many times.

Many speculate they will coincide at the same time.

Once the block buyback is done it’s anyone guess if it will RS. Depends on how many shares he gets is what many keep saying.

After all that is done then the dividend will roll out. We won’t see any of dividends with this level of shares outstanding.
