the Outstanding Share count is very little compared to what the Market Cap should be if their device has any efficacy...... no need to do an R/S anytime soon as they were already an Audited Company with "QB" status on otcmarkets.com before they stopped filing.
There is pretty much no notes to convert either. There might be 32 million shares added to the Outstanding Share count, but that is not gonna be enough for them to initiate a reverse split.
