No RS for the foreseeable future as henry can’t do it for 90 days after making the announcement he would not do a RS on the most recent cc.
What we will see is sideways trading of the 1’s and some 2’s here and there. Everyone wants financials and we are just waiting to see what will happen once the extension expires on this last filed delay.
November 15th is almost upon us. Will we see filing, another extension or delisting. It’s all up in the air.
I’m 50/50 for extension or filing. Henry seems to have this worked out to avoid delisting and can always present unaudited financials to keep listed.
