It’s good to see the sanction topic start to turn positive as I was concern this would kill the deal or hold things up for a long time.
I was finding many articles that said the US was to sanction VN but now I’m reading more often they are just going to work on fixing the trade deficit as the two countries work together to move jobs from China.
This is why there are some budget disputes and it’s impacting ppp projects amongst other in country (VN) items.
I feel this is why the European funding source has been slow to fund. We learned of this source on the CC. They want to make sure sanctions are not put in place.
We still need financials any way it’s sliced and from what I can gather looking at Asian reporting sites they tend to be more current than was is going on here in the US.
