That trade is making me feel like I can get past my struggles here. Maybe! That said, I still feel we have a number of options unfolding here and that we’ll see value returned. It may take another 3-6 months to unfold...is what it is...

Thanks, Jas. Yes, I have 20K NWBO shares purchased at $.34. Obviously in retrospect, I wish I had purchased significantly more. I am just going to let that one ride wherever it goes, as I want a mega-home run, but I am prepared to lose the entire investment if the results tank.

As for Amarin, while these are very trying times, there is European approval coming up, COVID applicability results, and while I have not studied the GSK v. Teva case in detail, I think that has real potential to be significantly positive for Amarin.

Lastly, in terms of taking matters into our own hands, we are very seriously considering filing motions in Judge Du's court to intervene and then vacate the judgment pursuant to Rule 60, based upon fraud/fraud on the court (cropped Kurabayashi table as discussed in the Amicus), and mistake (based upon the Bhatt paper/analysis).
