I wonder if Billy carries a personal liability policy as well as a business liability policy for being in charge/BOD? If he has misled "we the shareholders" and breached his responsibilities to us, regardless that he managed to create another company (or two) to milk more funds from us and the inventors, then wouldn't his policy be liable to "we the shareholders"?
