Schwab now has it listed as the 26th as well. I'm not sure where they're getting the info from, pred hasn't filed any subsequent extensions or updates. In my personal opinion we aren't going to see a 10k for a very long time if at all.
Let's just be real here, pred received a loan to perform consulting work. Let's repeat that, they got a loan to do work. Most companies get paid a fee for consulting work. Pred received a loan. To perform services for another company. To think they can afford to have their 10k audited, by deloitte no less, seems pretty absurd given the above. I think it's also a crap shoot to believe deloitte is still attached to predictive and seeing how pred is no longer "obligated to file public updates" as some have stated, I don't see any reason to fully believe deloitte is still doing preds audits, and even if they are, it's again a big stretch to think pred can afford it given the current environment (covid, receiving loans to do work, the loss of a major distributor who was going to distribute covid tests that never materialized)
I don't know, call me skeptical lol
