Let's just be real here, pred received a loan to perform consulting work. Let's repeat that, they got a loan to do work. Most companies get paid a fee for consulting work. Pred received a loan. To perform services for another company. To think they can afford to have their 10k audited, by deloitte no less, seems pretty absurd given the above. I think it's also a crap shoot to believe deloitte is still attached to predictive and seeing how pred is no longer "obligated to file public updates" as some have stated, I don't see any reason to fully believe deloitte is still doing preds audits, and even if they are, it's again a big stretch to think pred can afford it given the current environment (covid, receiving loans to do work, the loss of a major distributor who was going to distribute covid tests that never materialized)
I don't know, call me skeptical lol
