The Reg A+ filing still hasn't received Comments from the SEC that is very unusual - FORW won't receive a Notice of Qualification until it passes comments - so thinking it about to be approved is pinkyland wishful thinking.
What idiot is going to pay 1300% higher per share than you can buy stock on the open market - there isn't any demand for FORW stock.
