We should have poked the bear 2 years ago when we were intentionally delisted and taken legal action then to protect our shares/interests. The whole trust Billy his shares are common same as ours bs was obviously the wrong decision. Zero communication from him when we became a "private company " should have set off alarms in all the legal minds here. If people were trustworthy and honorable there'd be no reason for the SEC to exist. Don't know why so many here in the cesspool didn't see this one coming and why so many now are surprised by his actions.
