Interesting point because the 2019 10K and the Q1 and Q2, 2020 10-Q’s only have this note regarding legal -

“ Item 1 – Legal Proceedings

None.”

Although, there is only a requirement to report loss contingencies and not gain contingencies, but the litigation still has the heading Liquidmetal Tech v John Kang et al.

So why would you think the Q3 orders are outside the U.S.?
