I plan to fill out a SEC complaint to see if they will help to figure out the share issue. They may not get involved because of the delisting, but nothing ventured, nothing gained. We still need to get a legal opinion to see where we stand. We have rights as shareholders and have to figure out how to protect them.

Dilution. I thought it was to raise capital for the lawsuit, but I'm hearing it was to pay off the old IceWeb debt.
