At least with NYSE, it’s more of a blank slate in terms of the relationship, which I guess is why LP is looking in that direction. But sometimes they act like they’ll just be bought out, so maybe the point is moot?

I also believe a buyout is inevitable, and my guess is sooner rather than later. This would be better for all cancer patients. Hope it has cash and stock, IF it happens, as I will keep that stock.
