If true, and I have little to no doubt what you stated isn't - that's f'd up! Trust me, and I hope others I know are viewing these recent posts, I've continued to post on the forum, because the share-structure still leaves some potential for whatever the future may bring. Make no mistake, however, I'm just as pissed-off as the next Wialan bag-holder; especially knowing that Victor and Peabody (yes, I'm now lumping them both together, although it's always the "it wasn't me bs from both); and especially Victor now, continue to chit in our face, daily. As far as I'm concerned, I look upon it as a crime - still in progress...and I have strong feelings, as do others, Victor continues to profit from, shall we say other off-balance-sheet-transactions. There appears to be enough material here for a class-action lawsuit, but we need participants and a strong desire to explore the possibilities of such - IMO.
