Completely agree. No matter who wins, the legalization process is imminent. Another different thing is how each company is prepared to face legalization. Canadian companies may have it more difficult than American ones, but we know that CRON, like CGC, are American capital on Canadian soil. The news will certainly sell out, but what really matters is what they do quarter by quarter.

great post. I was trying to get the conversation going. What we all must realize is most of the companies in the sector need money to keep going. Some good companies too. that means More funding. That is simply creating a death spiral for them. Certainly death to the current shareholders. Cron has enough money that this is not an issue at this point. So there is time for us here. Legalization will indeed make or break some even good companies or their current shareholders depending on when it happens. As many will not be able to hold out.

I believe reform and legalization happens much faster with a Democratic house and Senate. Lets face it they support legalization regardless of Biden. Biden would have to veto if it passed Senate. I do not see him doing that
