Nope, I dont buy it. Companies will fail irregardless of who wins the White House and good companies with vision will prevail. Legalization is going to happen sometime in the next four years. Many of these Canadian LP's are poorly run and deserve to fail. Immediate legalization in the US will only prolong their demise or perhaps hasten it, since they would now be competing with the US. Even APHA, which is considered the best run got hammered after their ER yesterday. I remain convinced that CRON will come out a winner. I personally would rather have a competent government in place then have instant legalization, read that anyway you want. Im in the game long term, at least for now.
