It is encouraging. I would like to see some tumour shrinkage in the patients with SD.

Going forward, there are other ways to improve efficacy. This would include making changes to production (it seems they are in some cases), adding low-dose radiation (this is already being tested in another trial) [1], use of Ox/Cy over Flu/Cy (should improve trafficking to site(s) of disease and modulate the TME), and short-course decitabine (induces cancer-testis antigen expression) [2].
