If VTSI has 93 employees there is very little reason to have such a large backlog of undelivered units. I would assume that their company is an essential business so deliveries can be made and if not should figure out how to become one. If employees do not want to go out and install fire them and get new ones. I am sure there are many people in the Tempe area who need jobs
the only reason for a large backorder would be on units that are under there "rental agreements".
