Fairly certain 95,111,498 is correct and has been accurate for sometime. Unrestricted remained the same, restricted went up significantly (to retire debt). The numbers below are from a post on 9/23. Unless of course something changed very recently and the source I am looking at has not been updated.

Unrestricted - 95,111,498
Float - 92,111,498
After the shares for debt agreement it will be:
