Volume is too small to suggest any selling with conviction. If WS felt that the results would be negative, we'd be seeing selling/shorting and we aren't. That tells me that the market is still waiting and has a positive bias for good results... and ready to pull the buy trigger.
Something unforeseen has occurred, since Missling's interview. I don't see it as bad, as long as they are able to fully address it... which I believe they will. And whatever happened with PDD, I'm sure they are making sure it's not an issue with Rett; thus, no delay.
