I looked at that page. What specifically might suggest that we would see filings tomorrow at 8:30? Nothing is jumping out at me.

I think Hovis may do a little more OTC markets and broker site clean up work first now.

The question now for me is not will it be a Billion dollar plus biotech (It is now clear the answer is yes), but did the recent share change add $40 Mil dollars in Cash to NDTP already or will that be next with the SEC filing and an underwritten offering/up list to NYSE that uses the 116 Mil dollar book value/assets on the books to raise that cash at no less than $4/share.

We are sitting one one hell of a powder keg with a 290K float folks.

In one day we went from 2 to 116 Million dollar market cap on OTC with a CE ready for SEC filing retirement.

No PRs, not on anyone's big money radar yet, Mad Money's Cramer has no clue he will talking about $NDTP next year (LOL) but when the SEC filing drops and unveils the entire story, look out baby, this will run.
