Is it just speculation that funding news comes tomorrow or is there proof somewhere? I hear that per their guidelines, they let companies know on the 1st and/or the 15th. The problem is, we don't know if it's tomorrow the 15th or, November 1st or 15th. Could Be January 15th for all we know right? I sure hope it's tomorrow though!
