Master blaster, I’m lazy, but I recall reading the OTC guidelines/rules at one point, and I think there are situations where a halt can occur on OTC.

I think one situation is where a foreign exchange halts, and the OTC follows suit.

I can’t remember the others right now, but I’m pretty certain if MM can’t keep up, they might have to halt.
Something about extraordinary events can cause trading halt.

I am waiting for that 425 Million share day where the MM can't even get a break during the trading day and shorts are vitrified and vaporized (V&V).
