Regarding $NDTP one share sells, Move to Schwab, free trades. Etrade is likely selling you the one share sells and shorting the stock using your own shares to sell to you or another clients shares Etrade has in a customer account. Etrade is notorious for that, to try and make you sell and to stick you with trade fees since Etrade is also an MM!!!!
Friend of mine use to be an Etrade specialist, whose job was to mine customer data and set up price movements to force customers to sell and loose money.
