After catching a lot of flack from shareholders from a previous tweet referring to a contract when we thought it meant the DA was signed in JGs email. He later deleted it and wrote damned if you do, damned if you don’t.

The safe harbor language hashtag may be referring to businesses way of limiting liability for bringing employees into the work environment.
A safe harbor is a legal provision to reduce or eliminate legal or regulatory liability in certain situations as long as certain conditions are met.
Looking forward to the announcement/s! This is getting pretty exciting - the time is finally coming, first with these announcements and potentially bigger ones yet to come this month and over the coming months.
