You can use many excuses to explain the cropped table*, but the literal false Heinecke conclusion speaks for itself**, it is the opposite conclusion of Kurabayashi, Kurabayashi statistical analysis and our own statistical analysis! (Thank you HK and you have all rights to explain or not explain your findings)***
Jay Heinecke’s IMO flat out perjured himself and Hikma IMO was not only an accomplice but a ring leader. I pray the CAFC carefully reads Marjac Amicus, including the cited references to Heinecke’s deposition and the full cropping of legend of inter-statical analysis.... Heinecke needs the same damn analysis to answer Sipes’s LDL Kurabayashi questions and IMO this was the genesis behind the cropping!
CAFC needs to read our Amicus very very closely or the whole court system is literally at peril.
*Full table was available as Marksman Advisors explain, but not conveniently so for Judge Du. She didn’t copy the accurate full damn table.
