recent findings are not great

as I am not for or against omni here are the findings in recent due diligence

Eilers law group no longer represents Omnihealth, inc upon following up with them. they wouldn't comment for legal reasons just stating they no longer represent them.

contacted the FLDOS regarding malecon pharmacy. the address on file is illegally registered with the state. after my inquiry sunbiz was updated to reflect this on 09/25/2020.

the only known address for operations is 3921 alton rd a UPS store. that location has the following entities registered to receive mail

entourage biotech,agelock biotech, celebrity brands llc.

there is a CBD tradeshow in november that agelock is supposedly attending. tbd though.

that's all I have for now will continue to post fact based information for better or worse.
