Are you referring to all the companies involved or just Cox? Does this guess include royalty's going forward and continuing as a company? Or are you thinking one and done?
I was referring to all 13 not just cox, including royalties.
However, my main point that may have been lost in the numbers, which was that the value of the infringement is not the amount that we will get with a settlement. We may get 1/2. (Which is still 50x the PPS even if its 800m)
In a trial we have a better chance of getting closer to the true value of the infringement and the potential of getting willful infringement from the largest defendant (3×)
