sstyles, What do you think the most likely outcome will be. As you just explained the generics have much to loose by bringing GV to market. I didn't have a clear picture in my mind as to thier next move. At this stage in the legal process is there any way a settlement can occur that vacates the lower court ruling? Do they simply choose not to launch? Do they launch but on a small scale? Perhaps the generic companies individually reach legal agreement with Amarin?
I would appreciate your thoughts, if any.

Styles, That was an excellent read and gives hope that Judge Newman will be thoroughly reviewing this case and will appreciate the scientific reality of NS in the cropped table. Is there enough about Mori in the appeal to bring its scientific errors to her attention?

Good article. Be a shame if she is replaced in next few years with a biden choice. Supreme court comments regarding ph, Mn, and Mg, Du's court is not the only one to make mistakes on science. Scary.
