Are there any Legal Reasons why AMRN Leadership might not be able to lead this type of Amicus effort with Dr Bhatt ??

Or is 60(b) motion a better approach?

Or can Both 60(b) and a 3rd party Amicus effort with Dr Bhatt be submitted ?
