You have till Nov 15 to post quarterly's or this turd is headed for a possible trading suspension. The SEC has made good on its recent Disclosure Rule suspensions.
If you have bothered to look, the SEC is now averaging 12-14 trading suspensions per day now down here... Per Day! That means 60 to 70 of these scams are now being suspended per week.
