So please explain why arca sells say 5k on ask then low bids 5k ? Havnt seen anything that looks like dilution in weeks now

Respectfully disagree. Cdel has been a computer trading the spread for awhile now. Arca just super aggressive short interest. We all have a right to our own opinions.

Based on chart etc this is extremely oversold.
