Silky... There is a legal process and for the company that has been trying to get Madero Holdings to comply with the contract that was signed for many years now, getting the judge to rule in their favor after the required 60 day notification is a requirement to win the lawsuit and could be considered 'coming quickly'.

The #1 thing is for the judge to state "I rule in favor of your lawsuit" and I believe that is coming next. This allows the company to proceed to the collection of the funds due them.

Aesop tells of a race between a fast but often-distracted hare and a slow but relentless tortoise. Readers are supposed to be surprised when the tortoise manages to defeat the hare, coining the phrase "slow and steady wins the race."

I believe Herbert Leeming, President of Undersea Holdings, has been the tortoise when all shareholders, especially myself, want them to be the hare! LOL
