It is another when they are in non-compliance and repeatedly doing R/S's and diluting their stock via floorless convertibles while issuing false PR's and running paid promotions as DBMM was doing...
And willfully ignoring the SEC's warning letters...
And filing extensions quarter after quarter and never following up with actual filings...
Those actions were the SEC lightning rods!
Management brought everything on itself... and its stockholders!
