The financials don't look great, but that is expected with a company that was on the OTC not too long ago. I haven't figured out their burn rate, but they just filed a prospectus for 4,444,444 shares.
I liquidated my position yesterday and will watch and see what happens. Strategically, their business mission looks good. So, we'll see.
