I ran a venture capital project development funding consultancy once. These "vulture capitalists" are same thing Mitt Romney was in 70's & 80's and made all his money. They come in on distressed corps. take minimum 51% control, change corp structuring with IRS, run them up, then sell out everything and walk away..

The damn practice should be outlawed IMHO...
