So do the WAMPQ (P markers) fulfill the 2nd and 3rd bullet point from

The P's didn't pay any interest/dividends since WaMu's bankruptcy in September 2008, but before. I think I bought in 2010 (probably before the mentioned May 31), but have to check it again.

Any WAMPQ WAMKQ owners from Scottrade before it became part of TD Ameritrade? Nothing is showing on my history on TD Ameritrade all the way back to 2008.
