Maybe the downward spiral has something to do with the fact Kristie LaRose is no longer with the company. She was issued a letter from the SEC back in July regarding statements in Lifeloc's filings... https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1493137/000000000020006046/filename1.pdf

Although this seems somewhat trivial ? I doubt this would have such a negative effect on the share price. Is there something we are missing, or is the low float just being manipulated...? Does it have something to do with the "Defund the Police" movement - no money, no breathalyzers...? Is it political, or just lack of interest and unawareness of this company?

Lifeloc's management has to do something now to get this thing out of the gutter. Maybe Kristie LaRose's departure from the company was a positive move on management's part ? I am taking a gamble, and added to my position on Thursday. I continue to have some hope for this company...
