Hyper, I'm not sure if I am reading this exactly the way that you may be reading it. At least I'm not sure they are suggesting that the facility will require extensive additional development beyond phase 1 before they can start manufacturing, though the statement doesn't preclude that or make clear just what still needs to be developed there after this phase 1 completion in October (per their last stated schedule). It's not totally clear what the SOWs are = are they proposals or quotes in advance of work to be performed or are they simply a billing arrangement for development one-offs? It seems to me to be the latter though I'm not sure. LG had stated to Umibe as the latter reported here that they would be getting revenues, i.e. would not continue to need to sell stock to keep the lights on going forward. Maybe he was speaking very ambitiously but I'm hoping to hear more soon, maybe right after TLD is released and they can talk a bit more freely without being seen to being frontrunning the process of unblinding and release of TLD. Hence I certainly expect them to go ahead with mfg of individual treatments before or in parallel to the development and/or work to prove equivalence wrt microDEN.
