The New AS is 5B shares now, not the OBSOLETE 150M shares from otcmarkets.com! I estimate the current OS and float are much much larger than 140,069,927 shares and perhaps around 423M shares now based on its peer's 634M shares OS!

Anyway why those aggressive Big buyers (who pushed CIVX up to 0.0036 most recently) let it crash down to 0.0004 without Slapping those Dirt Cheap shares at 0.0007 ~ 0.0010?
